1st shift Machinist

The Machinist operates in a team environment to fabricate tooling, jigs, fixtures and components for specialty equipment in support of the manufacture of catheters, specialty tubing, specialty rods and medical device sub-assemblies. He/she will use an assortment of manual and CNC machine tools, where applicable, and follow standard tool making practices.

Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for new product and process development of secondary and finishing operations on various products from feasibility through scale-up. This involves process design, optimization, documentation and associated engineering tasks.

QC Supervisor

The Quality Control Supervisor provides leadership support to the Quality Control Inspector Team. The Quality Control Supervisor supervises and coordinates the daily activities of Lead Inspectors and Quality Inspectors engaged in inspection and testing. The Quality Control Supervisor assist in Corrective/ Preventive Action, Customer Complaint, and Non-Conformance investigations as needed.

Environmental Health and Safety Specialist (EH&S)

The Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist’s primary focus is to protect employees, customers, the organization, and the environment by identifying potentially hazardous and unsafe operational conditions. The EH&S Specialist inspects and evaluates the work environment, equipment and processes in Putnam Plastics’ buildings and grounds for compliance. He/she is also responsible to develop procedures to control, prevent, and eliminate work related injury and hazards, as well as ensure compliance with federal, state and local government safety regulations.

1st shift Temporary Production Helper

The Production Helper supports extrusion manufacturing by completing and packaging product for the next step. The Production Helper is responsible for ensuring production equipment/tooling/fixtures are set up as required and capable of producing parts that meet all relevant product specifications. He/She will work in a fast paced department with continuously changing jobs and priorities.

2nd shift Temporary Production Helper

The Production Helper supports extrusion manufacturing by completing and packaging product for the next step. The Production Helper is responsible for ensuring production equipment/tooling/fixtures are set up as required and capable of producing parts that meet all relevant product specifications. He/She will work in a fast paced department with continuously changing jobs and priorities.

3rd shift Temporary Production Helper

The Production Helper supports extrusion manufacturing by completing and packaging product for the next step. The Production Helper is responsible for ensuring production equipment/tooling/fixtures are set up as required and capable of producing parts that meet all relevant product specifications.
