Customer Care Representative

1st shift Production Helper

Summary: The utility is responsible for activities associated with the successful and timely completion of customer orders.

3rd shift Extrusion Operators

Summary: The Extrusion Operator will set up and run various extrusion machines and ancillary equipment in the manufacturing of medical and non-medical extruded tubing.

2nd shift Entry Level Planned Maintenance Mechanic

Summary: The Planned Maintenance Mechanic will receive direction from the Lead Mechanic in support of a fast paced medical extrusion organization.

Project Engineer

Summary of the Project Engineer: The Project Engineer is responsible for completion of technical tasks related to qualification and scale up of new products.

Environmental Health and Safety Specialist (EH&S)

The Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist’s primary focus is to protect employees, customers, the organization, and the environment by identifying potentially hazardous and unsafe operational conditions. The EH&S Specialist inspects and evaluates the work environment, equipment and processes in Putnam Plastics’ buildings and grounds for compliance. He/she is also responsible to develop procedures to control, prevent, and eliminate work related injury and hazards, as well as ensure compliance with federal, state and local government safety regulations.

1st shift Production Technicians

The Production Technician is responsible for performing secondary operations on tubing products to complete customer orders. The Production Technician will also assist engineers with process documentation, troubleshooting and improvement.

3rd shift Quality Control/QC Inspectors

The Quality Control Inspector performs in-process and post production inspection of product to ensure compliance with approved specifications as well as provides support to other departments as needed.

3rd shift Temporary Production Helpers

The Production Helper supports extrusion manufacturing by completing and packaging product for the next step. The Production Helper is responsible for ensuring production equipment/tooling/fixtures are set up as required and capable of producing parts that meet all relevant product specifications. He/She will work in a fast paced department with continuously changing jobs and priorities.
